How to use Wii Fit
You need to set up a profile and choose a Mii to represent you (you can choose your regular Mii from other games or create a new one). Then you enter details such as your weight and height before doing a few quick balance tests so your core profile can be set up.
Next you choose which type of exercise you'd like to do. You can choose from yoga, balance, strength or aerobics. Each section has a list of core exercises that you can do, but as you progress you can unlock more games and exercises from each section. With some exercises you can choose a personal trainer (either a male or female trainer) to show you how to do the exercises correctly, and with others the Mii's will show you how to play the game.
Once you have your initial overview of yourself and your BMI, you can set targets for yourself on how you want to improve based on your goals. Wii Fit also keeps track of your favorite exercises and lists them in the favorites section so you can jump right to the games you like doing the most.
